I miss the days when these came in a small box with a string, and animals were still in their cages.

Those animal crackers were fire back in the day. If I'm not mistaken they had a little string handle. Tons of fun and delicious.

Holy cow. Most of these deals are like full cases of product. 15-20 pounds of Oreos.

Anyone else get their parents to buy these for them by throwing it in the shopping cart when they weren't looking?

FYI: At least for me, the 30% coupon was a one product one-time use coupon. I have had these Nabisco products work for one of each type of product in the past -- this is just one product total.

Quote from ejschraw :
My parents only ever bought soda and ramen. At one time I only ate once a day and would subsist almost entirely on Coke. I can remember my mom getting mad when I asked her for money to buy lunch at school. I continued similar habits for several years after I moved out because I had zero disposable income. When I did finally have enough money to buy food I had no clue what to purchase. I went an entire year eating nothing but canned tuna, black olives, and mandarin oranges. I've also eaten off the dollar menu at McDonald's for over a year straight.
you're lucky. I was made to eat fish sticks and peas every day, and if I didn't eat, I was sent to my room

The details of my life are quite inconsequential. My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a fifteen year-old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes, he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. My childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring, we'd make meat helmets. When I was insolent, I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds – pretty standard, really. At the age of twelve, I received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. At the age of 18, I went off to evil medical school. At the age of 25, I took up tap dancing. I wanted to be a quadruple threat — an actor, dancer…
