Features:
- Command your home with your voice: when your hands are full or you just don't want to move, use your voice to turn things on and off by asking your smart Assistant. Wyze plug works with Alexa and the Google Assistant so it's easier said and done
- Control your home from anywhere: check the status of all of your Wyze plugs and turn them on or off remotely so you can avoid high energy bills and fire-hazards.
- On when you need it, off when you don't: Wake Up to the smell of fresh brewed Coffee in the morning with scheduling in the Wyze app. Custom scheduling in the Wyze app lets you turn Wyze plug on or off at specific times of the day so you can have your Coffee start at 6:00 AM and turn off at 6:15 AM.
- Manage an entire room with grouping: grouping in the Wyze app lets you connect multiple Wyze plugs to one room so you can turn everything on or off at once at the tap of a finger or command to your smart Assistant.
- Vacation mode makes it look like someone's home: vacation mode can turn your stuff on and off at random making it appear you're home so people think twice about coming over uninvited.
- Automate actions with Wyze sense: use Wyze sense to control your stuff based on motion and open/close events so things turn on when people are around and off when they're gone. Connects to other smart home devices with IFTTT.

Also, it might be not true, we had couple power outages ( router power in and out ). The wyze plus never got unplugged. It still is working well.
there are a number of other users who have reported the same problem. Maybe they have fixed the issue, I didn't notice this issue in the last month
Also considering one for my secondary home PC which has the BIOS set to power on the PC on power restore as well as wake on LAN. From anywhere I could use Google Home to turn on the juice then RDP to get in. Sounds reasonable...I think. But I could also see my disgruntled teen saying "Hey, Google! Turn off Dad's computer" in the middle of me doing something.

For me, it doesn't work 80% of the time no matter how hard I wave my hands at it. I gave up on Wyze automation.

it is one of the best smart plug in the market, it has some special features other brands don't
The ones I received appear to be the 2021 versions (2nd gen, after the originals). FW was at 1.2.0.53 and the Wyze app updated it to 1.2.0.233. I just placed a second order.
My home is a mix of Wyze and TP-Link Kasa products. All cameras and motion/door/water leak sensors are Wyze while in-wall light switches and smart plugs and bulbs are all TP-Link. I connect both to Apple Home via a Homebridge VM running on my Windows10 always-on PC in its Hyper-V host. Problem was: I couldn't get my Wyze motion sensor to turn on a TP-Link Kasa smart plug on motion and then turn it off after 5 minutes of no-motion. Seemed like a pretty small task, right? It wasn't. The Homebridge Wyze plugin only works off of pull polling statuses - so the motion events weren't being pushed immediately. I thought about going the IFTTT route, but for $10, I figured I could just put the lights I want to be motion activated on some wyze plugs. Now I have settings in directly in the Wyze app to turn on the switch on motion, and turn it off after no motion for "x" minutes. Satisfied! I'm not committed to either brand for any reason, so for $10 I got my problem solved and I can still command Siri to turn on either lights.
Also anyone bought this and are they working well?

Now I have 4, probably good to go for a while.
Reason I needed these (in addition to the the 20-ish other TP-Link Kasa smart plugs I already own) is because the wyze plugs can be immediately controlled by my wyze home motion sensors.
