Why would anybody buy these? You can get 2 x 1lb bricks of Instant yeast at BJ's, Costco and it's like $6. One pack stays vacuum sealed and the one you open, put the extra in a mason jar and can keeps in the freezer for well over a year or pretty much indefinitely.
