Check your local Aldi store, they may have some in clearance. I bought mine for 1.99$.

In my experience orbit products are synonymous with quality. As in a complete lack thereof.

yep, 100% junk. it'll last maybe a full season if you're lucky, but for $6 I don't think many Slick Dealers will bat an eye.

I have one installed on the inlet pipe of an outdoor pool after the shut-off valve.
I use it in the summer when I need to add water to the pool periodically.
Works very well.
Cheap and reliable solution.
I agree that Smart valves, such as the Ring brand, are more convenient, but much more expensive.

I've had good luck with their higher end oscillating sprinkles, but yeah everything else just hasn't lasted long enough to justify the purchases.

the reviews seem 50/50, i think it depends how/where you use it.

I don't like these. The valves close very fast, the resultant pipe hammer is loud.

I have this same model, works excellent. Small leak at first but a small rubber washer sealed the deal.

Had one of these that worked great for filling my pool... until I had someone else use it to fill my pool when I was away. That's when it decided to not shut off. Came home to a huge mess.

I tried 3 of these and they all stuck on, and my pool overflowed. They work a couple times and then let your guard down and bam, overflow city.
