Yes they do. See link. However, I will say that I currently have a Casper mattress for 3 years now and it hasn't been a problem.

Thanks for the link. Frankly, I've seen it before but since the info was obtained from live chats, I hoped to get a confirmation from a more reliable source especially given that some companies may alter their products slightly to meet Costco standards.
