I well realize there can be problems w/ any brand, but, dang, there just ain't no shortage of folks on SD who have had problems w/ Dells of late.

I'm a pretty smart guy. This thing was a total brick. No amount of charging or powering would turn this thing on. No helpful articles online. I went with a new lenovo 13" that's listed on here for 993

Note that 2 USB-C ports are all the ports this laptop has, if that matters to you. No 3.5mm or anything else.

I bought one with 16 GB RAM and 512 SSB in the Umber color with Windows 11 Pro and Microsoft Office preinstalled back on Black Friday and my machine was built in and shipped from China in 2 days. It works great. I guess they tested it in China before shipping it. Applause

LOL, I thought you were nuts saying that until I looked at the photos. Good eye!

There are plenty of hubs that will solve the port shortage but that is yet another thing to drag around with you (and perhaps forget). You'd certainly want to invest in half dozen USB C to USB A adapters as well. Not to mention a dongleless Bluetooth mouse.
