Yeah I have a pair of Q30s and they've been good, too. I just threw on the Q45 and tried some Netflix, YouTube, Instagram shorts, and some games. On my S24 Ultra I can detect no latency at all. Either the people who are complaining have super senses or their phone isn't jiving with the headset. Perfect for me.

I have the soundcore q45 I rarely use them anymore because the Bluetooth paired with windows is horrendous for conference calls. Bluetooth is recognized as a headset and not a speaker so it switches devices depending on if your on a call or listening to music. What I just want all sound to go through one device. I just stick with my wired earPods. I have a few pairs left over from my past iPhones.
If you're just pairing the q45 with the your phone or iPad it's fine but not good for computers. Plus they're not loud enough.
Do not buy Ankers. Mine disconnected during Teams calls. These Sony headphones are amazing
