The voice chat is always the big downfall and thats more the fault of bluetooth in general. When you enable the mic, bluetooth switches into 'phone call' mode. the headphone audio quality goes down so latency can go down and also to maintain bandwidth for the voice channel. You can overcome this by using the corded option into a mic/headphone plug on your pc. Otherwise, what you really want is a gaming headset with a dedicated dongle, which on the good ones will even allow you to have a separate voice chat channel in addition to the spatial game audio.
I value spatial sound so I can detect direction and I value clear voice communications. I'm not really an audiophile so the actual fidelity of the sound and stuff like deep bass are nice but less important to me than quality voice chat and directional sound. I mean great sound is nice, too, I'm just not a DJ producing an album over here. I'm just capturin' a flag or whatever.

Anker headphones are great. I have the Anker Q35 and Sony 1000xm5 and the Anker headphones hold their own with the Sony's. The Ankers don't sound great out of the box, but you can use their app to create a custom EQ that is stored on the headphones and works regardless of the source.
These have a pretty wonky frequency response. Low mids gonna sound hollow and there's a pretty pronounced hole from the 2.5-4lhz range. Bass and treble is also very elevated making a pretty pronouncd v shape graph. I'd rec the wavelet app to apply auto-eq if concerned with neutrality
