Bonkers price if true. I wonder if there's a measurement defect. There's not a lot of reason to suddenly liquidate an item like this.

Also my store down the street has 57 in stock. I'll find out tomorrow.

Update: Not marked down to $5. Still $17. Yes I tried at the register.

I have these and was surprised at how often I use the smaller square. These are high quality(metal). I'm gonna check my store and see if I can grab a few for gifts. If your store has some it's definitely worth it to grab one.

If it's not a bad ride it may be worth it. Just FYI L, a lot of holiday items at Home Depot don't get punched into the store's inventory. Since they are there for a month and either get shipped out or thrown on clearance like this. Good luck.

I got mine later in the holiday for about $13. It was buy 3 select items and get $20 off. They came to like 13.33 each. So that was a deal, this is a steal.

This is a Black Friday 20$ deal. It's not a core SKU to store inventory hence the clearance price to rid stores of inventory that's not stock year round.

These are great. I picked these up for $9 a month or so ago. Both are really decent quality & square. I like that they have the notches for marking rip cuts

Great price. I bought these last week for $10. I wonder if they dropped the price again? That also makes me wonder whether they dropped the price of all the other YMMV clearance holiday stuff.

Dang, I picked up just the 7" last year for more than twice that. What a deal! I did think however, the edges were a bit sharp, could be smoothed over a hair, but accurate, and like the color.

Writing this message after I just cleared self-checkout lol. I was able to pick one up! Thanks OP!

My store has 33 of them in stock now, No clearance signs or anything, it was advertised at full price, when I took it to self check out it rang up the 5.02 price

I walked around and did not see any today at the HD in Wilmington, NC. It was worth a shot
