The amount of ignorance and xenophobia here is astonishing. They have been selling these and other Tasty Bite packaged meals at Costco for years. They are generally decent tasting (I like madras lentils more than channa/chickpeas), though high in sodium and not at all spicy (may want to add some chilis/pepper flakes). You will want to eat them with a carb (rice, naan/roti, bread).

It tastes great though for prepackaged Indian food. For this being organic and with free delivery if you have prime, I'd say it's a good deal

Not like your beef pumped full of antibiotics and GMOs are any different. There are standards for production to avoid contamination in premade foods. Meat have the loosest standards with up to 25% of all store bought meat with salmonella and ecoli. Do your homework before hating on other cultures.

This one's not too bad. My favourites are the Punjab Eggplant and Bombay Potatoes. Good tasting and super quick to heat up if you got ten minutes between zoom meetings. Trader Joe's also have an excellent microwave indian pak called Yellow Tadka Dal. 100% recommend that if you have a TJ nearby.

Put this over blue corn tortilla chips and top with shredded pepper jack cheese. You got Indian nachos

I like those too but some of their meals have significant more oil/fat than others, just a heads up in case this is something you care about. But this is really one of the best 2-minutes meals you can buy and if you have leftover rice in the fridge this is great to have in the pantry

The coupon can be used on other Tasty Bite items, including the Madras Lentils. However, Costco's price is still better, especially when featured every few months.

Lack of hygiene is a valid concern when it comes to food preparation in India. However, Tasty Bites seems to have machines and factory for large-scale production. Less hands and toes involved.

You should see how food is prepared in
The US. Many chains won't even disclose the "percentage" of chicken in items lol
But that's better as it's more hygenically prepared.
