It would be prohibitively expensive to ship it assembled.
Most of the reviews talk about the assembly process as well.

Sorry everyone, I didn't realize this wasn't available everywhere. I assumed that since I could order it for shipping that it was available nationwide.

Lowes sells a very similar unit, but they now want $504 for it. Ridiculous as they used to be $200 not that long ago. This is definitely better quality than the one sold by walmart and harbor freight. It's a solid unit and the drawers are smooth. $200 is a good buy. In the northern NJ area, it is also sold out.

Assembly was simple. If you can put together legos with instructions, then you can do this. Some of the panels are just a little wobbly until you can screw them still
