Just FYI: A few days ago, I bought an Uber GC from Best Buy and normally they send me the code via email within five minutes. However this last time, it took them 36 hours to send the code.

I don't know why it took so long, but I just thought I'd mention it, so if someone doesn't get the code right away not to panic and give it a day.

YMMV. Do $100 3 times with PayPal. I just did 300 at once and got an PayPal promo says earn 300 points after 3x purchases of $50+. Sigh.

Yes, that's how it works. You are adding to lyft cash balance when you redeem a gift card on the app, and the cash balance will be automatically applied for your future rides.

It took a month for them to send a Door Dash digital card to my gf a few months ago.

Last time I tried to use Lyft it told me no rides were available for where I wanted to go..ended up going with Uber lol.
