Reviews state that the volume is very low. Ok for calls, but not recommended for listening to music or watching videos with sound.

It obviously depends on your needs but I didn't have dedicated speakers on my desk and this makes up for the insanely bad quality of built-in monitor speakers. So this was ideal for me. It also allowed me to get rid of the dedicated microphone on my desk. So less clutter.
The Microsoft Teams button is dumb and totally useless if you don't use Teams. Can't reprogrammed. But I do use the mute/unmute button on Zoom calls.
Yeah. It doesn't get loud but sound quality is decent
