Doesn't work good as good as pain clinic norco but works better for me than lidocaine patches, rubs and roll ons and as well those UV therapy patches that cost a ton. Especially good when it is muscle pain and not direct nerve/bone pain. As someone with a "broken" back these are something everyone should have around for the aches and pains of work, at home and yard stuff and general discomfort. For me there is nothing better short of injections and opiates and I still use them sometimes even then.
so does this work better than balm or not? and is there a way to buy the really strong balms here in the US for cheap?
btw this is the strongest balm I've tried - https://www.amazon.com/Sloans-Bal...B07HL2Y7DH
its stronger than Tiger, at least the ones I've seen

You gotta try vorwerk chili brand: porpus capsicum chili plaster. This is not for the weak. None of these other stuff works for me.
