Purchased this a month ago, watch was in great shape(seemed new to me) but I did have some issues getting updates on it. I have a feeling why that's why it may have been returned. The charger cable was messed up, they sent me a new one without issue. Battery health was 100%.

how did u go about the process? i thought returning the item , getting refund and buying a new one was the only option? no replacement possible

I bought the last one available and it just came. Great condition with 1 mark on the body. Battery was 100% capacity. Apple coverage was expired.

lol I had it on theragun that failed, they gave me my $$ back within a week of not being able to fix it, so from experience they are not "junk"
