These prices are advertised on Instagram and didn't appear to be on the website until I clicked on the ad from Instagram, although likely you can call to get them.
Looking at the URL it seems the prices are embedded somehow how, so a pretty crude way to selectively offer pricing.

I'm a bit miffed, I was paying $50 for 500mb/s and took their Black Friday upgrade to 1Gbp/s for $60 per month. To get these prices I'll probably have to fight it out with their retention team.

2Gb/s is $99 too, although I personally can't see the point in that.

FYI…I just ended Frontier service and they charge a $50 "equipment restocking fee" when you return the modem. I was completely surprised and apparently it's a new fee when ending service.
I'm paying $39.99 for 500/500. Their retention department don't make offers anymore. Only way I got it was to complain to Frontier twitter account and then some executive from social media team emailed me that offer. Before my bill was $59.99.

To get this new offer I would probably have to cancel my account and sign up through family member.
Retention is the reason why I stayed with Xfinity. At least I know I can go into the store, talk to the manager, and get the introduction offer without having to cancel my existing account.

Frontier are a bunch of clowns, I put in my address and get: "Sign up for updates as we get ready to install fiber-optic internet in your area" - there's been Frontier Fiber service in my area for over a year now. Good luck to the rest of you trying to get this deal.

I see the discounted prices in CT, but only as 12mo intro offers.

Be aware that while the (2) eero pro 6 that frontier supplies with 1 gig service is a nice piece of equipment, it struggles to actually throughput 1 gig service, both hardwired and wirelessly. This is well documented on sites like reddit.

Frontier has a site where customers can sign up to be notified when the eero max 7 is "available" through frontier, but it's unclear whether this upgrade will be free. The 7 can comfortably handle gig internet speeds: https://lp.frontier.com/max7

That's how it was for our address too. They were advertising as being available in our area, but I could not sign up. I asked my neighbors and found out that Frontier was available a couple of houses down but not ours. A couple of years later, they finally laid fiber optic cable through the alley behind us, and now we can sign up. I think it just takes time to get through the city permitting process.

Yeah, this is the single biggest reason I'm not pulling the trigger yet with them--I don't like this type of fine-print gotcha. They also state in the fine print that they can charge you a $150 equipment fee if you fail to return the "free" eero router, though results vary widely, with some people saying they were told to keep the router and charged zero fee while others were made to return the router.

They snail mailed us a couple years ago they were expanding to our area and submitting city permit requests. They've been in our city for over 10 years, and available across our neighborhood's street. We would like them to expand to our area if anything to give the only high speed ISP we have some competition. We've had them at a previous address and they weren't down as much as our current ISP. We haven't heard anything from Frontier since, though.

I've been with Frontier on 500/500 for almost 2 years. Was the first in my street to sign up for their service, and I couldn't be happier. I don't remember having any downtime or issues and the speeds are always constant.

When my first year expired and they bumped the price I called and without an issue they gave me the original price and a $5 discount. I think I pay $30 now

Edit, its actually $35 now, was $45 originally the first year
