While a leafblower is useful all around, it's a tougher sell this time of year. In my opinion, this stuff is a savings of about $30 after taxes.
$390 shipped with my sales tax
-$200 M18 Fuel 16" Chainsaw (2727-20) (peak $250 while possibly waiting months)
-$60 M18 Fuel Blower (2724-20) (peak $100 while possibly waiting months)
-$140 M18 RedLithium High Output HD12.0 Ah Battery (48-11-1812) (peak $180 while possibly waiting months)
-$20 M18 & M12 Rapid Charger (48-59-1808) ($30 if you're lucky, but my rapid charger was $20 when I bought it new)
I tried getting rid of the same leafblower and a 12Ah battery (and a string trimmer), both basically new as they weren't to my liking when I compared to my older Ego stuff for a day. I think I eventually lowered the price of the battery to $120 to get it sold, and the leaf blower was around $100 with its full battery/charger kit. I haven't owned the chainsaw, but around me there are plenty that look to have been used once, for $200, and have been reposted for months on the local classified sites.
These 5-6-year-old-model tools don't seem to have much desirability at these parted-out prices, which makes the full package at $360 seem an even worse value for most tool buyers who don't need them all.
I also acknowledge that the classified-site sales may also be pushing prices downward a bit from the rampant retail theft and flips we've seen around the country for years now. There's something to be said about buying direct from retailers, and not potentially support crime through the purchase of such goods though the classifieds-sites.

I got a rapid charger with another tool kit, i was able to sell the rapid charger for $60, took about a week.
The 12ah batteries seem to be all over the place price wise locally. High Home Depot theft area (Milwaukee County). Blower seems to be going etween $100-140.
We're entering spring, so demand will start picking up.
Wish Milwaukee had a snowblower. I had to make my own..... Hacked a Snowjoe to directly take the m18 battery.
I'll take a shot at it :-) no matter what, i'll end up cheaper than buying the chainsaw even used off facebook:-)

You're fine. Trust me I would know lol. His prices are all wrong.
I'm in the Midwest, I sell the blowers for 120-125, Chainsaw 210 but try for 225. 12.0 try for 170 take 160. You might have them for a bit but they'll sell. Rapid charger is $40 here.
$500 conservative on this one pretty easy.
You're not doing anything wrong. You're giving people a fair tool-only price that beats retail. I enjoy all the conversations I have with buyers and learn a lot. Many repeat buyers. Also let them know the warranty is linked to the build date on their serial number should they need it.

This blower sells year round. It's better as a powerful shop blower than an underpowered leaf blower anyway.
