Right hinge broke less than 60 days owning it after minimal use

Right hinge broke and haven't even owned 60 days. Minimal use during the 60 days too. Very disappointing as cannot return now . I've now found others have same issue and waste of $370.
Also no backlit keys
8GB RAM soldered and not upgradable, usuage usually stay above 80% with 10 Chrome tabs opened under Windows 11 environment.
SSD could be replaced with a larger one.
No backlit keyboard.
I use it on a daily basis for personal stuff/entertainment. No hinge problem so far (possibly they have have tuned it in refurbishing), but I open and use it very carefully.
The highlights of this is the TB4 port and 2-in-1 touch design.

Some may also complain about the 45% NTSC. But at $299, this is quite a good deal for a brand new 300nits 16:10 touch 2-in-1 windows laptop. The CPU is capable enough for most daily tasks and some light gaming.... as long as you don't open tens of tabs/windows at once (due to limited 8GB memory).
Good price but the screen color is poor - even with an external monitor. Tried different ways, still the same.
No hinge problem for me, likely because it mostly connect to a 2nd monitor.
