I added a Kroger-bought DD gift card to doordash, and DD deactivated my account.... It was working fine before. Anyone know how to appeal this? Customer service is not helpful at all.

Maybe related, I had an order paid with gift card balance not get delivered and for the first time ever DD refused to refund me. I have a ring cam so know they didn't come. If it was a cc I would have charged it back--which I'm guessing they know and why they chose this time to not refund it. Never doing gift cards with DD again.
I filed with the BBB and reported it to my state's AG. I'd suggest you do the same.

What the heck, cc declined. Tried 3 separate times trying to get the order to go through. I even called my cc company and they reported no issue on their end. I tried 2 different cards in case the vendor was an issue with one of the cc, but that's not the problem. Any ideas?
