I recently bought it for $1,399, about ten days ago. Does Costco do price adjustment for this kind of item?

Same. I live about two hours away from the nearest Costco (in New York) but made the 4 hour round-trip because my laptop recently died and I've been eyeing this one for a while. Paid $1400 for it just 3 days ago. Called to ask if I can get $200 back but they said I can only do it in-store, not over the phone or online. Not planning to drive for 4 hours for that. Oh well, still a great deal regardless.

Yes, regular policy applies. Which also includes that the store you go to must still have stock of the item you want to adjust.

Not sure how they'll react to a return/rebuy.

My assumption is that when you return an item, it goes behind their counter on the shelves and isn't available for purchase. I have never seen costco sell used / open items, so I assume they'll ship it back to their warehouse or apple.

how good is this deal really, genuine curious
Good enough deal to buy, not good enough to flip. Pretty sure that's what you meant to ask.

This is one of the best deals on ANY MacBook Pro I've ever seen. This laptop was listed at $2K not even 6 months ago. It is $1599 on the Apple Refurb store--and this Costco deal is for a brand new one w 2/year warranty. Too bad they only seem to get this awesome on the base configs. I figure by the weekend there won't be any left. They were getting hard to find at the $1399 price they were just a week ago.
What's the 2 year warranty?

I found one at Centerville OH but it was a display item. So they didn't price adjust.

Called in Scottsdale AZ from NE PA, two stores one had 6 and one had 2. Had my cousin pickup 2, one for me and one for him, he's shipping it tomorrow. My local Costco told me NE is out of inventory. Good luck guys, this is a super deal, also remember M2 Pro and M3 Pro (current gen) not much of a difference. Thank you op for posting this deal.
