As much as I think a lot of companies no longer care about the BBB, I still love their response to that. Basically a nope, the pestering will continue until business practices improve.

ha. I did some googling, and it turns out there are a lot of other complaints on other sites.
FWIW, I've ordered from them several times and have been very happy with them. They replied quickly to inquiries and shipped good plants when they said they would.
I would not buy these I just received the plants and they look all dead. Also buying a tulip bulb for 6$ is insane I thought it would be more than one so a bit deceiving
