I just got one, seems to be a good features 8GB Memory, 256GB SSD touchscreen for the price. I plan to use for Excel, web browsing - no gaming.

I think ram can be upgraded to 12gb but that's it

Yeah you are correct, my bad

Seems like everyone hates this because of mediocre build quality + soldered 8GB ram. Otherwise, it's a fine price for a budget-ish laptop.
