They can still be hard-wired. You can buy an overpriced adapter kit or just detach the cord where it connects in the dishwasher and hardwire it directly. It's really not a big deal.

I tried doing similar as soggyaugie (logged into PayPal prior to hitting submit) and unfortunately I received a counter offer of 1194.03. Looks like this may be expired unless someone has success after 2/16 3:30 EST.

Update:
It says my offer for $849 was accepted. It says it's processing. So let's see if they actually fulfill the order.

At 3:47 EST I offered $849. At 3:50 EST their counter was $1201.97. At 4:29 I again offered same $849 but in my account I put my credit card info. At 4:35 offer was accepted. In account showing PO# with processing.

3:37 EST: initial $849 offer
3:40 EST: counter of $1207.64
~3:52 EST: declined counter and left offer the same, added payment details
4:25 EST: counter of $1100

It was a company called AM Transportation Logistics. I didn't pay for white glove but they still brought it into the house and set it right next to the counter so I could easily install it. They even told me all to look out for to make sure it wasn't damaged upon arrival.

It is a great dishwasher and this was a very slick deal, thanks OP!
