There's adapters on Amazon so you can use your dewalt or Milwaukee batteries on Bosch tools..may be other adapters for whatever you already own

It's not all a panacea. Adapting doesn't necessarily work as well as the real batteries for the brand of tool, will usually lack the communication ports between the battery and tool, and may brick the batteries depending on where the low voltage cut-off is.

I own ryobi impact driver and ryobi regular drill; do I still need this (of course I will buy batteries for these) to make holes for the ceiling speakers? because my ryobi drill and impact driver seems to be relatively small when compared to some of the youtube videos use to make those ceiling holes. TIA

no this is a rotary hammer drill for drill in masonry. i would just use a drywall handsaw for anything above 4 inches diameter. If you use a drill you'll end up having to buy the hole saw which is gonna be expensive the bigger you get.

You want to use a jig saw or better would be a spiral saw (looks like a big dremel tool) to make the speaker holes in your ceiling. Using a drill and preset circle blade (to fit the drill) only allows you to cut a hole diameter determined by the specific speaker hole cutting blade purchased.
