I have the 32oz and it's absolutely awesome but be warned, even the smaller 32oz doesn't fit in almost any cupholders. This thing is going to be big and heavy at 40oz.

The rubber seals for the small cap and the bottom mount of the entire plastic cap can be removed and cleaned. Mold will grow in anything that has liquid and a rubber gasket

Despite this is a staff deal, I have the 32 oz one from REI from 3 years ago still going strong despite of all the tossing and dropping, the only complain is that sometime the cap would detach from ring of case connecting to the bottle opening ( got it under $10, these uninflated price are long gone)… anyway in for one, hoping for 2

CamelBak will send a new cap for free if you submit a warranty claim. This water bottle is great!
