Apple Refurbished comes with 1 year warranty and 100% battery. If woot isn't lying then they prob purchased Apple Refurb phones, played or resold, got returned, and reselling here again.

Plenty of $300-$400 iPhone 12 and 13's to be had on fleabay. "FleaBay refurbished" ones. Or new carrier locked ones from places like boost or metro.

Woot sells mostly Amazon goods that are identical to the ones sold on Amazon, near expiration, come with some sort of minor cosmetic defects, open box customer returns or woot/Amazon refurbished. I wouldn't say it's shit. Just targeting slightly different customer segment. I don't buy from woot a lot but got a new lenovo Chromebook at bought 40% off compared to Amazon and am very happy with it

Can't you check remaining warranty with the Serial once you receive it, and return it if it's out of Apple Warranty?
