Trust me, I wish we live in a day and age where company cam just ditch that 128g storage and spend 10 dollar more for a 1 T chip instead. But we are not there yet, and company charge 1000 percent profit margin for memories.

The iPhone X max is still going strong over a year later however the iPhone X was a dud within 2 weeks. It kept turning off randomly for the first week albeit infrequently. At one point the phone was a complete brick and would only turn on to the black screen about connecting to a computer to update the phone. Every and all updates wouldn't turn this phone back on.
I had to drive an hour to the nearest Apple Store to have my cloud taken off the phone before returning to woot. Apple couldn't even update the phone from their end either but was able to remove the cloud from the phone somehow.
Also woot didn't make the process easy to return the phone. They asked me to make a video showing that the phone wouldn't turn on. It was a back and forth battle of emails for a quite some time explaining how it wasn't working.
Also it took me almost 3+weeks post confirmation of arrived return to get my refund after I had to hound them some more for it.
I would be hesitant to get another phone based on the trouble they gave me returning it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they sold me a lemon on accident.
I never dropped it or got it wet. Apple told me they couldn't fix it. Luckily, a local repair store knew someone out in Arizona that did micro soldering and was able to get the phone back up and running.
A close family member had just passed away around then and our final photos were on there. (Yes, my bad for not backing up the phone) Buyer beware
