Not really a good deal considering the amount of cans you have to buy.
And price per ounce?

My local Walmart charges $1.50 per can for the generic. This is a good deal.

Anyone who eats tuna usually eats it more than once a week

This is a great deal! Anywhere around $1/can is about as good as this specific can gets. And yes, I eat it 5 days a week, so this is only about a month's supply. I'm even considering getting two cases.

This is 67% of the price per ounce of the Sheba cat food that I get for my cats. If it weren't for the high sodium levels (even in the low sodium version) I would buy this as cat food. I notice that for Sheba salt is the 8th to 11th item in the list of ingredients but there is no indication of exactly how much salt there is in their products. 98.5% of the contents are listed so it can't be more than 1.5% but I don't think all of that 1.5% is salt.

Had a lousy experience with Starkist and Amazon a year back. There was a SD for 48 cans for $18 that i jumped on but the product never shipped and kept stating that they would update me with a ship date. Both Amazon and Starkist pointed fingers at each other whose fault it was. 11 months later I received 4 cans. I left a review about the experience and they flagged me.
This may be an isolated event but I feel sometimes sellers may delay shipping in hopes you cancel before they do.

Tuna is good for years. If you don't eat 2 cans a month why would you consider this anyways?

Is it just me who finds Charlie Tuna to be a sellout? How can he be so happy when all of his friends and relatives are being murdered and put in cans? It makes him unhappy that he's not good enough to end up in a can! It's just wrong lol!

I would not recommend that, there are serious mercury concerns eating Tuna that much per week.
