It's a hassle getting refunds -- and sometimes it's not even the outermost cans. In a sealed case of soup, the center cans were dented on the side.
And they say "Delivered on X date"....and it arrives 2-3 days before then. Or a few days after.
They charged my card for 48 cans of soup instead of 4x cases of 12. Caused my credit card to freeze for a fraud alert, took 14 days to get it unlocked. Granted, the hassle was entirely my CC company's asinine policies of requiring a video chat which I instantly refused. But to be fair, 48 cans of soup, charged one at a time?!? That's asinine too.
I cancelled my prime additionally -- gone is the era of "free 2 day shipping". Gone is no adverts on Twitch. And no adverts on Prime Video. And dolby on prime video. And the price has increased drastically. It's simply not worth it.
Walmart might not be the cheapest, but they're competitive -- and their stock is rotated very quickly, as they don't stock their shelves with items that don't sell.
Sure, not a fancy brand like Harney&Sons, but a decent one, superior to Bigelow and Lipton. Great packging too, though somewhat wasteful.
Loose leaf will be cheaper but that is always the case with bulk anything. Still, 16 ounces of decent Ceylon loose leaf costs at least $7, typically more like $10 and up. Also, you only find it in ethnic and especialty stores. Normal grocery stores around me carry Ahmad tea which I don't consider drinkable for $15.
I have done the Twinings deal several times, including 6x20 packs and 6x50 packs. They always send the right quantity so no worries there.
The prince of Wales is pretty mild, similar to the darjeeling, though I like the latter a bit more.
The Ceylon pekong 6x20 is also eligble for the coupon. I'm getting that for a change.
If you want strong eye-opener tea, or tea for chai/milk tea this is not it. Get their assam instead.

Why do you have to convince your wife to use loose leaf? Do it yourself. Buying bags for bulk tea making is wasteful, you can get better tea for cheaper for that application such as Taj Mahal assam.
This blend at least in the US is not a common blend so you cannot actually get it cheaper because you can't really even get in loose at all. I usually enjoy strong tea but this is my favorite blend when I want something different.
