Is it a deal? up to you.
You decide… 4060 Ti (8gb) is 67% of a 4070 Super. (Meaning the 4070 Super is 50% better).
I have a 4090 so I can't objectively tell you what's worth your money. I can only point out the objective benchmarks from hardware sites or hardware tech tubers. For all intents and purposes based on benchmarks the performance of a 4060 Ti 16GB is almost identical to the 4060 Ti 8GB. So it's safe to say a 4070 Super is still roughly 50% better.

That's the challenge with buying these PCs from 2nd tier manufacturers, as many of them require you to pay for the return shipping, unlike the usual suspects like Dell, HP, and the like.
My guess is you would also have to pay for insurance to make sure it was received, my that's my guess and not confirmed.
The thing that works is Costco's 60-day return policy..if you had a problem within 60 days that required the unit to be sent back, and you did not want to pay the shipping, you could simply take it back to Costco for a full refund.
However, the question comes down to the cost savings of this unit compared to the main brand's, as I've not been able to get close in price to this unit.
Which now comes the interesting question about the computer insurance Costco offers..It appears the SquareTrade computer policy also pays for shipping both ways - but it has to be sent to their facility and not back to the manufacturer, so that may be a solution if the thing went belly up after the initial 90 days.
Does anyone have any experience with Costco SquareTrade - Allstate computer insurance specifically for desktops?
