Also, while having a 7spd shifter is nice (not counting reverse), there are a lot of games out there that have 10spd transmission cars, in which case you have to swap back to using paddle shifters. That part drives me crazy, especially when you're playing a game that has no indication that the vehicle you're driving goes higher than 7. You're just red lining and getting passed by everyone.

Would like a nicer shifter, but if it's even a mild pita it's not worth it.
Re: 7speed - there are no manual cars with over 7 gears; driving a car that is actually automatic with a stick is an exercise in reduced realism. *If you're driving a mustang, for example, that has a 6M and 10A, and the game.is giving you the 10A regardless... that sucks. But a 10-speed stick isn't the answer
