This OK but if I were to spend money I'd go all out and buy a 50lb bag of pizza flour at my local resteraunt depot warehouses. Some people may not have these who sell directly to resteraunts. They also sell 35 to 50 lb bags of bobs red mill or specialized flour you would never see at local grocery stores

Good deal, cheaper than the Safeway house brand 00 flour I usually use. Buying a massive bag didn't work as well for me.
