These made my ears leak from the infection it gave me, I loved them so much, the noise canceling was amazing and the batteries lasted a couple of days, why they have to go and cheap out on the materials and ruin the entire product to save pennies on production. I use a dozen other headphones and none have given me the reaction that these have, I wonder if it's something in the plastic or the nickle plated contacts that are normally gold plated, it's not he gummies because i replaced them after the initial reaction just in case it was the original gummies and my infection did not get better.
If you like the sound of bud live, these sound 2x better. Deep bass and good high. Sound stage is huge. They are 5x better than pro 1. I own them all, this one is the best. Only thing is, it still 6hrs playing time need to be improve.

I had the same issue. Some material causes an allergic reaction. Don't have the issues with other brands. Replacing the plastic earpieces didn't help.
ANC works fabulously. This ANC works better than Sony. Excellent in a noisy manufacturer noise control off. Barely pick up wind noise while driving. Got mine at Costco for 100 during Christmas. Sound is 7.5 compared to Sony 8.5. Didn't expect this much from Samsung but would definitely recommend this.

I had the same allergic reaction to the original Galaxy Buds Pro. This is an incredibly-common open secret that Samsung refuses to acknowledge. And of course, you can't easily figure out in advance which of their earbuds have the problem or not...because Samsung refuses to acknowledge it's a problem.
I would love to upgrade my aging Galaxy Buds+ at this point, but it seems like all of their recent buds have a non-zero chance of giving me an ear infection, so, I'm stuck until they either fix the damn problem or at least explain it well enough to understand which lines of their wireless earbuds are affected.
FWIW, I and one of my siblings both had bad reactions to the Galaxy Buds Pro, while another sibling bought a pair and has been using them every day w/o a problem, so this very much seems to vary from person-to-person.
