Nothing is forcing you to activate the other keys. You could give them away or just not use them at all.
*Now, I have paid slightly extra on Steam where I was on the fence if I would like a game. You do have a 2 hour refundable window when you buy directly from Steam. Not sure if that is worth $5 though, not to me at least.

Also it seems like Fanatical will be having bundles for the rest of the month. Any precedence for games from these premade bundles being added to a choose your own bundle?
Can you hide them in the steam collection? I'm headed the same way.
