Panda Express app here in Hawaii only offers Medium and Large Firecracker Shrimp and the promo doesn't apply to those sizes. Wtf, why isn't there an option to add small?

It seems ymmv on the amount given. Certain stores might be limiting it to 4 shrimps. Mine is putting in 6 when I've ordered it. I'm reading 7 for honey walnut and 5-6 for sizzling mentioned by their employees.

Lol. They do count the shrimp. I cut my visits to Panda a long time ago when they switched from full size containers to those half size they use now. We used to eat there 2-3 times a weeks. I don't think we make it out there once a month any more. People get angry there.
The last time I was there, a black guy demanded the server "more, more, don't be shy." I don't blame him either. The containers are much smaller and shallower,, and they still don't fill up the plate.

Not sure why you had to describe the race of the client asking Panda Express to be truthful with their servings.

I got it yesterday and I'm pretty sure it was only 4 shrimp. The rest was nearly inedible veggies.
