These begin to wrinkle easy and shrink over time. I have not had either of those problems with the Drive and the Drive are the most comfortable pants I've ever owned. The easy distinction on the surface is the Drive have a plastic button whereas these have metal. The pants with plastic are worlds better IMO.

I like these. The fit is about perfect for me. The good news is that the material is elastic all the way through from waist to ankle. If it's tight it will stretch when you bend down
Probably the nylon and elastane blend. Must require some extra steps to get it right maybe
