That said, if you put them in your freezer, they will be fine for years. I do it with chocolate all the time.
Give expired cans of soup to the foodbank at Christmas, not so much love.
I do not know if it is because they change the oils etc. to whatever is cheapest at that time or what. For example, I had a bad batch of Twix but the most recent ones were fine. Same with these Heath bars. Twix though, yes, the chocolate has been very waxy and tasteless for a long time now. Reese's made in England were great, US made meh.
