For those on the fence on which seasons to buy, here's my spoiler-free experience on "The Walking Dead" TV series:
Seasons 1 and 2 are the best in the series. Great pacing + excellent script. They were frightening and raw.
Season 3 is very good, not great.
Season 4 is when things start to fade, and you start hating some of the characters and where they're going.
Season 5-6 are when you start questioning yourself, if you should continue watching.
Season 7, episode 1 - most violent and brutal episode. Brace yourself! The season is a love/hate.
Season 8-10 "Why am I still watching this horrible series?"
Season 11 - "I might as well finish this awful series, because I'm a glutton for punishment."
So, to watch TV shows bought on the Microsoft Store it's either 1) Xbox or 2) Windows PC, in which you'd have to watch on your PC or somehow connect the Windows PC to a TV using a cable?
So far, I've only taken advantage of Microsoft Store sales on Movies which are Movies Anywhere compatible.

Wish there was a deal on Westworld. Had no idea that Max drops their own original series from their platform. Went online and there was an article from a year ago that said Roku and Tubi picked it up, but its not in their current catalog. Absolute travesty that such a good show is unable to be streamed anywhere at the moment

HBO went to shit after the Discovery merger. I assume they needed cash infusions and (again assume) that different leaders were not so protective of their IP. Westworld is tip of the iceberg. If you desperately end up slumming on Netflix, and see a "New" show and think "wow, that actually looks halfway decent!", it's because HBO hored it out to them.
