There are only a few sources for packs, and most other sources are >$5/pack MSRP. There are no booster boxes or individual packs for this set, just box sets / collection box and this booster bundle.
Just as a heads up, any place selling above $28 is a 3rd party seller. MSRP is $26.94 on these and they have gotten random restocks at Bestbuy / Target / Walmart with target having them at $27.99. Still a great pickup seeing as the market price on them is ~$38-$42 as OP mentioned.
edit, went through after 5 minutes or so. might be low stock. I ended up going with the 16 card mew pack from wal mart because of capitalone shopping rebate brought it down to $80. thanks op.
