HDMI 2.0 will display 1440p 120hz for both consoles. HDMI 2.1 is required for 4K 120hz

That is what I use at work 31.5" 1440p. It actually is slightly higher resolution than the 1080p 27" they buy for us.

Great for everyday use. Maybe not for gaming. Me no know.

I have a 34 ultrawide and 2 27" all curved, as long as it's not a extreme curve, it'll wrap around you really well

Probably not good for gaming since HDMI is only 2.0 and you can't achieve 120 refresh with Xbox x or PS5 only 60
