It's a VA not IPS, good for daily software development work?
If youve ever worked on an OLED or IPS panel most va panels will give a very bad impression. Personally, I'd go with a sceptre 4k IPS monitor or something similar over this. The more than 60hz isn't worth it. Something like this for example is just normal price:

The monitor you shared is frequently returned.

Also, for gaming 120hz is a must. 4k not so much.

Looking for 27" QHD IPS to use for work but most monitors are billed as gaming monitors.

I don't really need the extreme refresh rates for work productivity.

Is the height adjustable? I don't see that mentioned on the specs or features.

I got one too. Works perfectly. No dead or stuck pixels. Have a 2 year warranty with free shipping for repairs or they just refund the money. I got what I paid for.

they are refurb for a reason, so you are on a lottery. i bought an Acer monitor a few years ago and almost 3 yrs in, it started to develop dead pixels. thank goodness they had 3 yr warranty on them. i sent mine in for one of their refurb, which also has dead pixels but not enough (and close enough) for another warranty claim.
