It doesn't rattle at all but it sounds like what you'd expect a tiny amp like this to sound like. It's similar to a standard Bluetooth speaker. Not a very full or rich sound. It gets the job done though if you need portability or space saving.

I would try to get the bluetooth version. I got the bones one last time for around $40 and the bluetooth definitely adds a lot of functionality for playing along with your phone or even just using it as a bluetooth speaker.

I have this one and it's great. Have it in my bedroom with my PRs on my wall for quick access. It's great for practice, song writing, or just noodling around. The batteries last a month or two with moderate use. The tone is kinda narrow.. like an fm radio, but actually sounds pretty cool at low volumes (great for late nights when the kids are asleep). This is well worth the $40 to not have to pull out the amp and pedals.

Got one in bone for this price last year. I have it at work and mostly use it as a bluetooth speaker and I plug my guitar in if theres some down time. Its perfect for my needs and sounds better than my roland cube. Dont expect a wall of sound but it sounds surprisingly good to me for an amp this size.

I like mine.

IMO these really shine for situations when you're meeting up for a weekend in the woods and there will be a few guitar players. It's fun to take an electric and one of these and change things up a bit.

The point to me is the drive and delay. Playing dry with something like this... That just seems like the wrong way to think about one of these.

This has been $40 for like 6 months. This pink one specifically does NOT have bluetooth. the bones UK one is always $50 at focus camera with the coupon and it does have bluetooth.

Being able to use it as as speaker and to stream in backing tracks is worth the extra cost 100%
