This is a clearance item and will continue to fall in price as long as there is inventory in your local store. Once the last of them are sold, the price will show as full retail price again. It is hard to say when the price will drop since the stores get updated pricing reports daily but a good rule of thumb is that a clearance item's price will drop in ~1/2 every 1-2 weeks that the inventory remains in store.
Pro-tip:
If you see a, "N" under the barcode of a pricing label in the store, that stands for, "non-stock". This means that specific store will no longer carry that product anymore and it won't have a shelf space much longer (if it even still does). Stores want these items to move as fast as possible. If you see these types of items, ask an employee politely to speak to an Assistant Store Manager (or "ASM" as they will call them). If you are good with people and they want them gone, you can haggle with them and see what they are willing to drop the price to if you buy all, half, or most of a non-stock item.
Managers are judged by their superiors if they happen to visit that store and see a lot of clearance/non-stock items taking up space. They want that product out of the store so the corporate floorplans can be implemented as accurately as possible so, if they are smart, stores will work with you to get it out quickly. They might lose some money on the deal but it is a drop in the ocean and they are willing to do it to get something else off the shelf that no longer belongs there. They do this kind of dealing with regular contractors in their store all the time. Be smart and talk to these people with respect and you stand a better shot at getting what you want.
Disclaimer: I worked as a product merchandiser for Lowe's for years. My job was to reset product placement, product displays, and verify floor layout accuracy according to corporate directives. My shop is filled to the brim with items I was able to get for ridiculous prices because of these tactics.
*Also note; a "Clearance" item and a, "non-stock" item are not always going to be the same thing. Individual stores may have more insight as to what the future of a popular product might be but this could also impact their willingness to haggle. Some managers follow the corporate pricing and are not willing to override a current price so it can be luck of the draw and YMMV from one manager to the next.

Depends there are a few Husky types.
The straps are a little bigger than the basic 1" ones, 1 1/4on these. Handles also bigger but not super large.
The fake carbon fiber is a little cheap looking.
For the price, $7, they are a good deal. I got 3 sets.

Ratcheting mechanism on those are thinner metal and not as strong.
They are not bad as I have seen them before; but lower quality handles and metal.
The straps are both similar, 1 1/4" 1000pounds, so that part is not any differnat. But the Husky is 16' while these are 10' so that may matter to some and would be better to buy the Husky in that case.

Edit: Lowes just sent me a cancelation email. Even though system shows over 50 in stock, they canceled my order and said out of stock.

Try going into the store. Lowes has some of the worst employees and customer service. I had to talk to 3 people, 1 being the store manager on duty, just to get my pickup order today.
I bet they are there they just gave up when the first place they looked was not there.

$20 for 4 = $5/strap, each is 16' and Lifetime Warranty.
These lowes ones are $3.50/strap (if one is able to score $7 pricing, else they were $12.xx), with 90 day warranty and each strap is 10'.
