I'm not sure if this is a mistake or not, but ~$20 + $6 shipping for 3kg of 1.75mm filament seems pretty good to me, especially from Polymaker. I don't normally use ABS so I could be wrong, but Polymaker is my go-to filament so I'm willing to give it a try. Would have been really slick with free shipping but oh well.
If you have the Payboo card, it comes out to $26.00 with the tax savings. Without the card it comes out to $27.55 for me.
