So, I call the 800 number and ask the nice lady where the select ingredients are sourced from. To her credit, she told me. The ingredients come from Malaysia, Canada, and (drum roll please) China. So, I'm working on a refund and am scratching this brand off my personal list."

To add to your point, the first (soybean oil) and last ingredients (corn oil) are inflammatory substances, so is it really good for you? NOPE.
Just be careful. 5,000 iu per day is a toxic amt. Space it out.
As with all things, you should consult your doctor.
And if you're taking vitmains outside of your doctor's recommendation, at any rate: you're likely just paying for more expensive urine.
