I make a point to avoid foods, drinks, supplements or drugs of any kind that are produced in China because I have seen the kind of quality control, or lack thereof, that results in supplements and other ingestible products being mixed in containers that were previously used for mixing dangerous chemicals. So, when my doctor suggested I add a Vitamin D3 supplement to my diet, I searched for one made in the USA. And I found it in Natures Bounty! Right? Check the photo and you'll see the words "Made in the USA". Wow! That's designed to give you a warm and fuzzy. Except, in mouse type right next to that statement, it says, "with select ingredients from around the world." Whoa there, pardner. So, I call the 800 number and ask the nice lady where the select ingredients are sourced from. To her credit, she told me. The ingredients come from Malaysia, Canada, and (drum roll please) China. So, I'm working on a refund and am scratching this brand off my personal list."

To add to your point, the first (soybean oil) and last ingredients (corn oil) are inflammatory substances, so is it really good for you? NOPE.
Just be careful. 5,000 iu per day is a toxic amt. Space it out.
As with all things, you should consult your doctor.
And if you're taking vitmains outside of your doctor's recommendation, at any rate: you're likely just paying for more expensive urine.

Agree my doctor has me on 5,000 IU
