Sweetwater has 2-packs of Ernie Ball electric guitar strings in selected gauges for $10 with free shipping.

$5 a pack isn't an absolute best deal, BUT it's the best price I've seen in ages when buying only 2 sets of strings. Single packs sell for $7 each. Usually you have to buy 10-packs or more to get to under $5 per pack. This is a nice way to try a different gauge or have a set or two without stockpiling two years' worth of strings.

Anyone here remember the String Club from Guitar Center from a few years back? You paid $20 a year for membership and you could get $5 off a set of strings every month. Seems like they stopped it in 2016 or 17.

I used to have it. It ended around 2019, give or take. It was a good deal.

These are great strings. Been using the "regular" 10s for awhile on my Les Paul Standard. Haven't broken one yet, even after I changed to a heavier pick and three finger held pick attempts! 9s kept breaking on me so this is longer lasting. In for one set and the free candy, along with a call every week asking how I'm doing with my new "gear".

I have actually split my orders a few days apart before to get my little bag of candy. Every time I buy something, I tell my wife I just got it to get a bag of candy.

Agreed on quality. I've been playing on Slinkys for 20 years. Super and Regular Slinky's on my basses right now, and Mammoth Slinky's on my guitar.
