To add to the section, I have Mortal shell on several systems and its a decent souls like, it lacks depth and the gameplay is decent if you want a budge souls-like.
I have Jackmove, and was surprised by how much I liked the first hour of the game, if you like 16bit themed art styles I would suggest grabbing that game (when I got it, it was just filler in a bundle, but ended up being one of my better liked games)
I already have both elder scrolls games, but those would be worth grabbing (as another poster already mentioned) if they are not already part of your library
I have 2 copies of The Ascent on my steam accounts for the co-op ability, I only played it briefly on gamepass before, so while I cant give a detailed review, if you are looking for a co-op game, you may want to check it out, you can get additional copies via cdkeys for something like $2.50 (that's how I got my second copy of the game)
If I were to buy this bundle I would probably try Elderand (looks liked a 2d like souls game), Mayhem in Single Valley (pixelated platformer), and Tyrant's Blessing (Tactics RPG) which apparently is like in the Breach, but not as good.
I purchased:
Mayhem in Single Valley
Tyrant's Blessing
Tower of Time
Osteoblasts
Dragon Spirits
Exiled Kingdoms
Dwarven Realms
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind® Game of the Year Edition

Historical low for Oblivion is $3.24 https://isthereanydeal.
Historical low for Morrowind is $2.71 https://isthereanydeal.
Sharing why you chose some of those might be more helpful, without that info it's somewhat of an arbitrary list, no?
