Does look nice displayed like that. I initially was turned off due to this just being a facade building, and personally wanted a bit more depth to it, but I think I could deal with that kind of building.

It's not bad, especially for a Disney Lego set. You're getting it for $53.50 with a $10 gift card and $5 polybag, so the set itself is only $38.50.

$38.50 / 598 = $0.064381 or around 6.4¢/piece. Disney sets MSRP for around 10¢/piece on average, I believe.
