I did try it out since it was my first tool with one key - there definitely is a option to deactivate and lock your tool remotely. Pretty useless to me but I was curious what it was all about and then deactivated it and deleted the app.
Agree that they want full control of every aspect and ability to lock people out of their livelihoods if they don't fall in line. Already doing it in other countries , even UK they restrict driving remotely for certain reasons (not just china any more )… Phx city council just passed something similar… but ya basically it's a tool, I'm not a contractor , and I don't need Bluetooth junk on it
