Costco sells the Fuel Injection cleaner 20 oz but not the Complete Fuel System. There is more fuel additives to clean the cabron in the CFS which is why it costs more per oz

I wasn't aware that Sunoco planned to discontinue paying the fees. Sunoco wasn't on the list before, but now they are. What you're saying seems like speculation, though, because I researched this months ago and couldn't find any statement from BP about this. I've used Amoco 93 for 5 years (95% of the time) after buying my car new and haven't had any issues.
